System Upgrade

WHAT’S CHANGING & WHY?

We are upgrading our core system we use for daily operations to assist our members. ACE Federal Credit Union is making this investment to allow us to serve members more efficiently and enable us to offer our members new products and services in the future.

WHAT’S NOT CHANGING

  • Account numbers and routing number
  • Debit card numbers & PINs
  • Direct deposit and automatic payments
  • Online banking/App user IDs and passwords

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO KNOW

  • Know your available balances before 5 pm, Wednesday, April 30th.
  • Balances will be unavailable during our system upgrade.
  • Withdraw cash to have on hand.
  • Automatic payments scheduled for the outage period will process on Monday, May 5th.
  • Any scheduled internal and external transfers will be processed Friday, May 2nd.
  • Schedule any external loan payments before Wednesday, April 30th
  • Schedule any bill payments before Wednesday, April 30th.
  • Stay tuned for updates.
  • Plan ahead for any large purchases or special needs during the upgrade.
  • Share system upgrade information with joint account holders, family members, and co-workers who are members!
  • Share suffix and loan suffix numbers are changing, but still be easy to identify with descriptions. (*see details about suffixes)
  • All checks and ACH will point to the new suffixes- members do not need to make any changes or get new checks.
  • Call-24, our phone banking system, is getting an update as well. Passwords will be reset to the last four digits of SSH#, and must be changed upon first call to new system.
  • The online loan application will be changing.

Account numbers will remain the same, however share suffixes are changing.

  • Teller Line – Unavailable
  • Remote Deposit- Unavailable
  • Direct Deposit- Unavailable
  • ACH Deposits/Withdrawals- Unavailable
  • External/Internal Transfers – Unavailable
  • ATM- Available but no current balances
  • Drop-box items after 4:00 PM on Wednesday, April 29th will be processed after 12 pm on Friday, May 2nd

THURSDAY, MAY 1st

  • CLOSED

FRIDAY, MAY 2ND – 12 PM

  • Start to become available

MONDAY, MAY 5th

  • Any remaining payments or transfers scheduled during outage will process.
